You are provided with access to this website in accordance with the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions set out below. If you have any questions relating to these Terms and Conditions please contact us at tracy@coterieleather.co.uk  before using the website and before placing an order (your statutory customer rights are not affected).

Intellectual property - You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors and must not be copied without prior permission.

Prices - Each Coterie leather bag is individually made and priced accordingly. We reserve the right at any time to modify or amend pricing, or discontinue products for whatever reason and without prior notice. The website price includes VAT. 

Product description - We recommend reading each product's description for size, colour and material before going ahead with a purchase. Every care is taken to ensure that all the descriptions on the site are correct, and photographs of the bags and accessories are as accurate as we can get them, but as each product is handmade, slight variations in size and colour and finish are normal. Due to individual device screen settings, colours may look slightly differently to the actual product. Please take this into account when going ahead with a purchase. If you are unsure please contact us for a leather sample.

Payment and security - All website payments are processed in Sterling securely though the Shopify checkout. We accept online payments from all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and PayPal. A secure service is provided and your full credit card details are not held on our database. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer please contact us. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason or where fraud is suspected or where false details are given. 

Shipping - Orders are shipped by Royal Mail. You may need to sign for your delivery. International shipping is available, please contact us for a quote prior to purchase.

Cancellations - We accept cancellations to an order prior to dispatch. You can cancel an order by emailing tracy@coterieleather.co.uk. A cancellation number will be issued and this is to be retained by the customer in case of query and quoted with the returned item. Orders cannot be cancelled once goods have been dispatched  and customers should follow the Returns procedure as set out below. 

Returns - All Coterie leather bags are handmade with the greatest attention to detail and each one is unique. Please ensure you have read the full product description before purchasing. In the unlikely event that your purchase is not to your satisfaction, please email us at tracy@coterieleather.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your goods to initiate a return. Once your return has been authorised please send the item back in its original packaging within 14 days. Items must be in original unused condition, and must be returned by recorded delivery. Please retain your proof of posting as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Once we have received the goods back in perfect condition we will issue a refund within 14 days. The cost of returning items is the customers responsibility except for faulty or incorrectly shipped goods. No refunds on digital products or gift vouchers.

Commissions & Custom Orders - Our cancellation and returns policy does not apply to commissions, custom or personalised orders, other than faulty workmanship. Please ensure you are completely happy with your order before completing the purchase.

Workshop Cancellations & Refunds -  Any workshop cancelled up to 30 days prior to the scheduled workshop date will incure a 20% re-stocking fee to cover admin costs, or can be re-sheduled and alternative dates will be offered. Workshops cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled date, no refund will be given, but may be re-sheduled and alternative dates will be offered at our discression. Workshops cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be treated as a no-show, no refund will be given. You will need to re-book which will be available at 50% discount. We reserve the right to cancel, amend or re-schedule any workshop for any reason.

Privacy & data protection - All the details that you give are used by ourselves only and never shared or sold to any other third party. We will however, keep your records on file for any future correspondence if appropriate. All online orders are encrypted using the universally recognised USC SSL security system and no credit card details are retained. We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure. But in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website
